i take it back, its a magic film ring, makes he who useth it an instant director. :)
:) its called a Fig Rig, invented by Mike Fig. The concept it the further away your hands are from the camera, the less shake occurs. it works wonders in a guerilla style set, as this one.
There's that ring thing-ee again.
